As an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, you are entitled to a Medicare funded annual health assessment. This service includes a consultation with your Doctor followed by a discussion with a Registered Nurse. During these appointments, we explore your health and lifestyle, taking into account your physical, social, and emotional well-being. Our aim is to create a tailored health plan that not only addresses your current needs but also lays the foundation for a healthier future.
